Once your order is placed it will be reviewed.
PRO Beauty Concepts reserves the right to cancel any orders that are not in line with our Terms and Conditions.

Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as well as the day after Thanksgiving.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
- We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
- If you place your order after the cutoff times, we’ll process and ship the order the next business day.
- We do not deliver on Sundays or holidays.
Shipping charges are based on order totals and PBC offers free shipping on all orders over $100, excluding tax.
If shipping to PO Boxes please select Sure Post as shipping option. We thank you for your understanding.

or email us: email@example.com for the appropriate return procedure. Returns are accepted on saleable, unopened, unused products within 15 days of purchase with the original packing slip or invoice within 15 days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice.
RETURNS BY MAIL
To return your item(s) by mail, please contact Customer Care at 1-866-414-0956 for a return authorization label. Your refund minus shipping and handling will be credited back to your original payment method once the return has been processed.
RETURNED MERCHANDISE POLICY
Quality is super important to us-we take protecting the integrity of the products we sell very seriously. Pro Beauty Concepts policy does not permit the resale of used, damaged or expired products. Our policies, training and procedures are aimed at ensuring that only the highest quality products are sold in our sale channels. Our team are trained to inspect and then properly dispose of any returned items that have been used, damaged or expired.
If you are not fully satisfied with your online purchase, you have fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase to return your product for a refund by contacting PRO Beauty Concepts Customer Service Department as follows:

The following types of product are not accepted for return:
- Unsellable Product: Product that has been defaced or altered in any way may not be returned. This includes but is not limited to price tags, stickers or other markings made with pen or marker, and cracked, dropped or broken appliances.
- Discontinued Product: Discontinued product or product in discontinued packaging may not be returned.
- Seasonal Product: Product that is branded or packaged as seasonal/holiday may not be returned.
- Promotional, Prepack, Intro Kit, and Free Items: For an exchange or refund to be processed, these items must be returned with the merchandise with which they were ordered. Promotional and free items may not be returned by themselves.
